Getting our teeth worked on can be nerve wracking, in part because so many of us have had bad previous experiences which led us to believe that all dental work is painful, uncomfortable, and invasive. As a young adult Dr. Haycock received extensive dental treatment himself, which inspired him to become a dentist. Drawing from that experience, we’ve made it our mission to provide our patients with the most comfortable, friendly attention, from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. Beyond making dental visits less painful, this approach also helps our patients achieve better dental health, since they’re not worried about painful dentist’s office experiences. At Auburn Hills Family Dentistry, we believe that good dental health starts with comfort at our office, and we do everything in our power to deliver that environment for you.

Meet the Doctor
Dr. Josh Haycock brings a unique perspective to the Auburn family dentistry approach, having experienced extensive dental work himself during high school. This personal journey through various treatments, including cleanings, fillings, implants, and root canals, sparked his passion for dentistry and shaped his empathetic approach to patient care.
After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Brigham Young University and his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from Western University of Health Sciences, Dr. Haycock worked as an associate dentist before opening Auburn Hills Family Dentistry. His goal was simple: provide more personalized, comfortable care that addresses each patient’s individual needs. When he’s not creating what he calls “personal works of functional art” in the dental chair, Dr. Haycock enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and CrossFit.
